Present: R. Guyer, R. Miller, B. Gray
Guest: Doug Garon, Pat Hunt (Cemetery commission members) and Larry Labor
(Grant writer for the Ancient Roads Committee)
1.Minutes from the May 27, 2008 meeting
Not available Tabled for approval at next meeting
2.Doug Garon from the Cemetery commission was in attendance as well as Pat Hunt.
There was much discussion over boundaries regarding the Beach cemetery across
from the Fishing Access. Further discussion will take place.
3.Letter from Al Wooley concerning the posting of the Grand List on The Town
Website.
Reviewed and declined the request unanimously.
4.Letter from NEKWMD concerning our representative for the Town, Chuck Kezar
is not interested.
Reviewed and took his name off as requested. A replacement request is tabled
till next meeting
5.The Town Office needs some minor repairs.
Reviewed the repair needs and will have them fixed accordingly!
6.Public Works Magazine
Reviewed
8.Congratulations to Tammy Lee and Dwayne on the new baby girl.
Sending a card and small basket from the office

Other Business:
1. Larry Labor is asking for an update on where the Ancient Roads committee
is. He needs to submit a progress report by July 14th.
Brian will have a meeting with in the next (2) weeks to collect data and
accept members. He will talk with Al and find out what has been done so far
and report back to Larry. Brian will also ask Al to contact Larry again as
well.
