1. Sheriff’s Department will attend to sign contract.

3. Renewal of Certificate #145193670 for April 2, 2007.

4. #16 of minutes of November 13, 2006 to review again and make decision,
contact John Monette for signing. (Land transfer from Jordon to Town.)

5a. Town officer appointment of Penelope Thomas to be signed.

17. Letter from Unified Town & Gores you asked me to hold on to but, I haven’t
heard anything. Should I just file this?
Reviewed and approved to charge them $2.50/ bag. Richard will contact Dave
Snedeker with the approval
18. Registration to 62nd Annual Town Officers Education Conference. Request
for Town Clerk & Assistant Town Clerk to attend (There are more registration
sheets should anyone else want to attend).

19. Notice from Agency of Transportation.
Reviewed and tabled till the next meeting
20. Training for BCA members. I will notify all the members of this training
if approved.
Reviewed and agreed that we should all attend. Notify members accordingly
21. Attorney Jen Jarvis has agreed to do up a deed for the Town shed from the
Town of Morgan to Roland & Gail Besaw for $150.00. I am to let her know
tomorrow if you so approve.

Other business:
1. Highway and Bridges Document regarding State Funding for Class2 and 3 Roads
was reviewed by all and signed by all. This Document will be delivered by
Robert on 03-27-07.
